About the Data

The STOCK Act requires members of Congress and senior executive-branch officials to disclose each securities transaction within 45 days, on a Periodic Transaction Report (House and Senate) or an OGE Form 278-T (executive branch). This site collects those filings, normalizes filer names, tickers and amount ranges, and prices each disclosed purchase against the S&P 500.

Amounts are reported as ranges, not exact figures, so estimated volume is the range midpoint. Browse the latest trades, all filers, or the most-traded stocks.
