Changing a template schema used to be slow to validate and risky to roll out. The impact on linked workflows was a black box: you applied the change, waited for a full run on each workflow, and only then checked how the data actually came out.

Now you can preview the impact of your changes first so you can roll out schema changes to all linked workflows with confidence.

Open any template and its Linked workflows tab tells you which workflows are out of date. Update them one at a time, or hit Update all to bring the whole list to the latest version. From there, click Preview data changes:

• Fields are grouped by what happens to them: Added, Updated, Removed
• New and changed fields are filled in with a simulated example so you can see the shape of the new data.
